We design not the end, but the most radiant beginning.IWBFD (I Was Born For Death) Studio is a creative studio for storytelling, concept design, and the realization of projects into reality.

Founded in New York by Paul Joseph J. Kang, the studio is dedicated to making the invisible visible, making what becomes visible brighter, and ultimately bringing it into real existence in the world.We do not stop at explaining ideas.
We design them to become something people can see, feel, believe in—and finally say, “This must exist in the world.”IWBFD begins with the paradoxical statement: “I Was Born For Death.”

We do not see death as an end, but as a moment of transition, movement, and the opening of a new beginning. Throughout human history, hardship and loss have always been doors to the next era, and the absence of someone has forced those who remain to reconsider the true meaning of life.

IWBFD defines this not as tragedy, but as a necessary process for growth.
Just as “I” becomes a seed that throws itself into the world to become a forest called “we,” we design both the narrative and the structure that reach beyond disappearance toward what comes next.

The work of IWBFD Studio unfolds in three stages:

1) Make the invisible visible.

→ We practice storytelling that reveals what exists as “zero” beyond death—that which has no form or language yet.
We call forth unseen worlds through narrative and turn them into questions that must exist.

2) Make the visible brighter.

→ This is the process of concept design that turns 0 into 1.
Stories become structures, structures become images and concepts, and worldviews become forms that people can understand and share.

3) Make the bright real.

→ This is the stage of Manifestation & Project Realization, expanding 1 into 100.
Ideas no longer remain concepts—they become projects, systems, and worlds that actually exist and operate in reality.In other words,
